    I’m still waiting for Divi full support of your awesome tabs… In the meantime, I’m not sure why, but my main product description (entered in the main WYSIWYG box for the product) is not showing on the front-end. It used to show in a tab called ‘Description’ but now it isn’t there. Any ideas?

    That’s a bummer I feel like its been almost a year since they said they would do it. I wish I could help but we only support the Custom Product Tabs plugin not not premium themes.

    Hey Freddie- Yes, I have been following up with them weekly on it. In the meantime I am able to get it going with coding HTML into the tabs using your plugin. Did you read my issue though? It is that the ‘Description’ tab is missing for me and I’m not sure why. I think this would be an issue of some kind with the Custom Product Tabs plugin. Please click my link and let me know ??

    I did take a look at it but the problems plugin doesn’t display tabs we just collect them.

    When WooCommerce made their tabs they made them with a template that can be overridden by the theme so that anyone could display them how they see fit. The Divi theme takes that template and intentionally blocks any tabs from displaying.

    This is the same concept of templating your pages on your website its just the same code used over and over again.

    If you were to deactivate this plugin right now and switch your theme to a few alternatives they would all look different in their own way. The theme is ultimately responsible for how the site will look in the end and plugins are adding additional functionality to back that up and make it more rich.

    The only reason that this plugin is able to function is with the ability to use a filter that is passed on that tab.php template in WooCommerce. So, I’m afraid if they don’t remove the code that is blocking that filter there is no way for your data to get through.

    I really am sorry I’m sure its frustrating but there is nothing you can do to change that short of altering the code yourself. If you’re up for a challenge then search through your theme for “woocommerce_product_tabs” and you’ll find the code that is breaking your template.
