Descriptions and titles not showing

Im having big issue with seopress. 90% of my meta descriptions and titles are not showing, they do seem to be in the source code. I realise this may not look like an seopress issue, and more a google issue but this is only happening after changing to seopress some time ago.
Another issue I have is the category archive pages I have produced do not show meta title and description in the source code, even though I have added them in seopress.

For info, I am using elementor pro. I only have 6 plugins outside of seopress and elementor.
