descriptions in items view

Hello,
I have set up the plugin on farmboydrivein.com. I have the pages set up to show the menu items in a grid (I have tried list also). I see in the shortcode generator that I can choose to display an excerpt of the description and choose the amount of characters to display. But the description is not showing up on the website. Below are the shortcodes that I have for that page:
