Descuento importe monedero para el iva

Hi, we have a question, in my web orders when customers want to use the wallet they have available, the order is discounted but the VAT amount is not discounted and they have to pay by credit card. Why is not taking the full amount to discount and separates the VAT from the total amount and does not apply the discount?
