The design of a WordPress site, including menus and their placement, is controlled by the theme.

Looking at the demos of the “RealHomes” theme you’re using, it seems it may support the kind of many you desire. But it’s a commercial (aka paid) theme, so we have no way of checking the features to help you out.

Somewhere in the theme settings or pages you will have an option to select different header styles. It does look like the theme you are using supports transparent headers as here is a demo from your theme https://vacation-rentals.realhomes.io/. Look to your documentation of the theme if you cannot find it or reach out to the theme support for help.
