Design changes not working

    Hello,

    we are interested to buy this plugin for our knowledge base. So we are currently testing the free version. Looks great but we can’t change anything. We change the colors. Stays the same. We disabled functions. They are still there.

    What is wrong?

    We also don’t get a page “docs” in the page section of wordpress.

    I hope you are doing well.

    There are several ways to use the BetterDocs layout design. There are in-built design options, shortcodes, an Elementor single template and FSE.

    The customizer will only work if you use the in-built design option, create some documents, and assign them to categories. See the reference video: https://d.pr/kcst6S

    If you use shortcodes, you need to use the CSS code to change the styling. And for Elementor Single Template and FSE, they have their own style settings.
