I have the same problem. After update to 2.0.30 Version,my website weren’t displayed correctly anymore.
Disabling Ultimate member the website are back,displayed correctly.

After that, I update to 2.0.31,It still not work.My website weren’t displayed correctly.

The issue I am encountering can be described as such :

– Header is invisible
– All pages are frozen meaning I cannot even scroll
– The theme basic search function does not even appear

Do you use minification or optimization plugins?
Can you please try to reset/purge minified files and see if it helps.

I just reset and purged, nothing has changed.

I delete the Ultimate Member and reinstall again, still not change,all pages are frozen.
I am using elementor too.Is it Ultimate Member have some problem not compatible elementor?
