    the design layout never seems to have a it clean it’s always html layout with no colour and proper alignment either, with or without Divi?

    You should make sure that you set the pages in TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL tab. The page that has the ticket-submit short code should be set under the PLUGIN PAGES section.
