    Hi,

great plugin, but it’s near to impossible to use it on mobile – posting on mobile frontend is a big issue, as the design (CSS) is not adaptable on mobile – the box is not entirely visible, some buttons won’t be visible.
is there any reason why it isn’t responsive? and can something be done?

    thank you

    Glad to help.

The plugin actually provides very few CSS/styles for the form. The goal is to not make assumptions style-wise in order to let the theme design determine appearance.

So for example if you have a theme that provides responsive styles for form elements, the USP form will display fine on mobile devices. Likewise if the theme does not provide any responsive styles (or does so poorly), that will affect how the form is displayed on smaller screens, etc.

A good way to see how this works is to temporarily switch to one of the WP default themes and try again. You will see that the USP form is responsive, thanks to the well-styled default themes.

That in mind, if the form or any other elements are not displaying correctly, best advice is to ask your theme provider for help. They will know best which changes need made to make responsive, etc.

I hope this helps. Let me know if I can provide any further infos.

thank you for the quick answer
I am using the DIVI theme, so it shouldn’t be a problem. the problem only happens with the submit content form

Understood. The form styles are very responsive and minimal (as explained in my previous reply) to ensure non-interference with theme styles. Try switching temporarily to one of the default WP themes and try again. You will see how the theme’s styles enable the form to display normally on mobile and other screen sizes.
