Design of form not showing on front end

    I have created a form and it works great however when publishing on the front end the design doesn’t come through.

    I am running on Semplice and adding in the shortcode.
    Here is an example of the design:

    However, as you can see it doesn’t format correctly when published.

    I have tried disabling all plugins and turning off Ajax loader to no success.

    Any suggestions are welcome!

    One last question (so sorry!) – the details are emailed to an administrator after form submission. Is there a way to cc’s in the submitees email so we can directly reply to them from our email without sending them their original form also? I hope that makes sense!

    Hi Laura,

    One final question! When the form is submitted, is there a way to have the clients email cc’d in the email that is sent to my admin email. I ask this so I can reply to that email that comes from forminator and can reply to the client who enquired.

    Also (sorry!) Is there a way to change the timezone? Currently when looking in submissions the timezone is set to another (I am Aus based) and this is sending incorrect data to hubspot. Ideally I would like to be able to track accurate date/times of submissions.

    Hi @privee,

    You should see the option to configure cc, bcc, and reply-to for every Email notification configured in the form under the “Email Notifications” tab.

    Forminator uses the default timezone configured on the WordPress side, ie under Settings > General > Timezone

    Please check and see whether you have configured in WP side is the correct timezone.
