adding the following should help:

.main-navigation ul ul a {
  width: 100%;
}

That almost works. I need a little bit more width, so I tried making it 200% and that got the words on one row, but I need the background to match.

I am having the same issue as above, I have resolved the information of the menu text wrapping, however the background is not wide enough.
