Design options etc., are to left of screen and just test all down left side

  • Hosted with Go Daddy and they say loaded fine .. but can’t do anything with the site. Been trying to figure this out for hours .. when you go into appearance to do anything it is not like it is suppose to be .. it is all to the left and only text in a line down the left side.

    Please let me know what I need to do?? HELP!!
