To remove the ‘Designed by Themehunk’ footer text in the Big Store theme, you can add the following CSS code in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS :

.site-info .th-site-footer { display: none; }

Alternatively, if you want more control, you could use the remove Footer Credit plugin, which allows you to hide or replace footer credit easily.

However, I couldn’t find what you wanted there either and would therefore suggest a simple CSS solution to hide the text:

.powered-by-wordpress {
 display: none;
}

You would have to add this in the backend under Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS.
