    Hello folks,

    I am having issues with my Astra theme can anyone help please :)?

    1. Sidebar can edit

    2. Can’t customize

    3. Rank math plugin is also closed

    Elementor is also giving some issues (I enable safe mode for editing post pages). I don’t know other issues also. But the main issue i am worried about (My website design has been changed ??

    Please note: I have downloaded the outdoor adventure template (Not today or in this week but it was from starting when i created my website) and I have deactivated plugins but the issue is still on my site. When I changed theme customize bar was good working. Can anyone help me please ?

    I replied to Astra support team but they have not responded me (24 hours +).

    I notice that one of our support agents had responded to your ticket. We are so sorry for the delay in responding to your ticket, we had a huge number of tickets at that moment.

    We always try hard to reply to any incoming ticket in our Support Portal within 24 hours in the workdays, but due to the number of tickets, sometimes it takes longer, even though it’s a very rare situation.

    Anyway, please continue the conversation related to this issue using the ticket and mark the topic as resolved.

    I understand @mybandi!

    This is not what we mean to do. However, like Herman mentioned, we were overwhelmed with the number of tickets received right then and prioritized those coming from our paying customers.

    Just to let you know, we assure prioritized support and help within 24 hours for paying customers and the free ones go down in the queue. But, we definitely make sure that we get back to all our users as soon as possible.
