Hi Guys,

As per Patrick’s request to start this fresh ticket from an earlier one:

is there a way to make a form where I can send an invoice to my customers when they decide they like a particular live band on our site, and would like to book them for their wedding etc? I know there is a Stripe, and Paypal option in the form builder, but due to possible clawbacks from those two, I was hoping to just use ACH / BACS transfer / direct transfer as a payment option for my clients instead. I’d need to be able to send them a link (I guess?) to a form that would present like a payment invoice I’d put together for them, most importantly with a Pay Now button somehow on there.

Is this possible?

I did a look at this request.

Maybe this can be done using a new form and the Query strings,

Could you please create a new ticket as we try to keep the tickets split per subject and we can take a closer look?

I did some tests on my website and I believe you can use the Emails and Query Parameters for this.

Let’s say:

User can select the payment option, Bank, PayPal, Stripe on a dropdown from form one.

Configure your product value in case you need to use the same value on form two, it can be a number or calculation field:

Configure your email body for the specific payment, you can use the field name as a parameter on the URL.

Make that email to trigger only if the user selects PayPal:

Using the email conditionals you can play around sending to the user only the information to the specific payment module.

For example, if you configure a bank transfer, the form 2 can be an upload field.

Thank you Patrick for going to so much effort. That’s a very clever solution, but I might just also try to find some other way (perhaps an independent payment plugin of some kind?) that streamlines the process for the customer a little more, so I don’t risk them bouncing away. Thank you for helping in this case – you guys are fantastic.
