desiring to “port” several CSS themes

i have several themes i have recently come across with complete CSS (even original LAYERED PSD file). i would desire to contact someone in the WP community who knows how to port theses themes over for use with WP. i think that the WP community would really like the fresh perspective that these designs were made.

i know that there are several ppl on the forums that have ported themes before, like “genkisan” who ported “Red Business” but this is a public proposal to all who think this would be a worthwhile contribution to the entire community.
