Desktop and mobile chat greetings are different

    Hi @whdmiran,

    The difference here was actually logged in vs. logged out – and not related to desktop/mobile. In any case, thanks for raising this issue – we’ve fixed it now, and the translated greeting shows regardless of the login state of the user.
