In your rules you put that the ID is equal to 49008, but the popup ID is 121144

Isn’t the rule for the post ID rather than the popup ID?

Im sorry, is correct, the post ID isn’t the popup ID.

Do you have some cache plugin activated? if you have, you must enable ajax mode in plugin settings sections.

Other question, what is your PHP version?

Hi – thanks for confirming.

Cache plugins are used (W3 Total Cache I think, though I can confirm) and PHP 7.1.
