Desktop Neve not working, Mobile is working

    My friend installed wordpress on my site and i downloaded Neve for doctors. The mobile website reflects the edits ive made in the editor, but the desktop site is missing all the colors and formatting. someone elsewhere said it may be a css problem, if so advice on how to fix it would be great.

    It sounds like a caching issue, can you replicate the same problem on other desktop devices?
