    Hi,
    This the message I get when I opened the group chat on the desktop.

    Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (whatsapp) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

    You might need to install other software to open this address.

    Thanks you for your quick response. I clear the cache but the problem still persist.

    WhatsApp is redirect the link, as try to open WhatsApp App.

    we will try to contact to WhatsApp about this issue.

    Thanks I will be awaiting the solution. In interim, I will disable the desktop floating app and the shortcode.
