I have The Events Calendar set up on a site I’m working on, and everything works as expected while I’m logged in to WordPress. If I visit the calendar while logged out, it will only show the mobile version. I’ve tried clearing or disabling the cache and nothing seems to work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @abelluscio, that’s not good. Let’s figure this one out.

This could be associated to caching, couple of users have had same issues with one you’re having here. I can see that you’re hosted to SiteGround. Can you follow steps found in this article here and, also exclude our URLs from caching? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/siteground-optimizer/

If you’re unsure on how to proceed or do this on your server dashboard, please reach out to your hosting provider, and they can help you with the steps.

Let us know if that does the trick for you.
    Have a wonderful weekend ahead.

Hi @abzlevelup, thanks for the response.

I thought it could be caching too, but it seems like maybe it isn’t. I activated the SiteGround Optimizer plugin and basically disabled everything, but I’m still having the same issue.

Is there a way to force the desktop version to show?

    Hi @abelluscio,

    Thank you for your message.

To try and get a better understanding of your issue here, I tried visiting your calendar page (https://dev.kimstanwoodterranova.com/calendar/); however, this seems to be coming up as a page not found. Could you please provide me with the direct URL to your calendar?

On another note, since you are using some caching solutions, some of these have minification functionality, which could be the cause of the issue. As such, I recommend you look into our The Calendar Doesn’t Look Right knowledgebase article as well.
