• Hi. Some “web designers” just supposedly finished creating my site, which is https://www.PhoenixEmpowermentCoaching.com using a wordpress platform, and they’re awaiting my approval before giving me admin and password rights. This is my second wordpress platform website, and whilst I’ve no problems viewing the first on my iPhone 5S, whenever I try to load the second (even after choosing “desktop” in google chrome on iPhone), all the content stays to the left of the page. Google Chrome help online said to go into settings and remove all “extensions,” but the word “extensions” was no where to be found in my settings.

I’d love to be able to reply to the “designers” and tell them if I approve of finished product or not, but as I just shifted and don’t have internet in my new flat, I only have mobile phone with which to view, so due to the above problem, I cannot reply.

Please help? And kindly speak layperson language, as I am, by no means, tech-savvy.

Thank you, in advance, for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you directly at [ email deleted ]

That’s not something we can help you with here. You really need to continue working with those designers.

As to viewing the desktop version then you best bet would be to either get Internet access in your flat and use your PC, Mac, etc. and view the site.

On my Mac it looks like this.

But that doesn’t really help you and you need to see your site yourself.

Ok…I don’t know why you’re saying this to me, as I never asked WordPress forum to assist with password and admin rights.

Um, yeah, that’s precisely what I was saying. My whole point in writing on this forum was to see if someone could assist in helping me look at the website on my mobile without all the content appearing to the left of the screen. Because until I do get Internet in my house, my mobile phone is the only way that I can access the internet in order to let the designers know that the job is approved or not.

I’m not at all sure what to make of your reply.
