Desperately needs easier user moderation with front end access.

Admins and Mods desperately need front end ability to ban/delete user from their profile page so they dont have to copy the username from spam posts, login to the back-end, paste and search for the user then ban/delete them; nearly every other forum allows a admin or mod to just click the username on the post goto the profile and select ban.
