Despite active product limitation, customers can order as much as they want

    hello,
    I currently have the problem that despite an active product limit of 4.st, the products can still be purchased by customers without a limit. Do you have any tips as to why this could be?

    Hello @tcglove ,

    the plugin does not manage this aspect at all.

    Could you check if maybe backorders are enabled for that product?
