• Hello,

People, I need some help to resolve this error. When I try to activate a theme, WordPress says that “Destination folder already exists”. The theme wasn’t loaded (some error in CSS), so I can’t see it in my ‘Themes’ area. What should I do? Do I have to connect via FTP (how is that?)?

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete that theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. Then try re-installing.
