  • Yep, you’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server and manually delete the jetpack folder from the plugins folder.

    If you don’t already have FTP or Cpanel access set up, your hosting company will be able to help you with that.

    Once you’ve deleted the one that is there, you should be able to install JetPack from the Dashboard.

    BTW, check to see if JetPack is visible on your site under Plugins – if so you can just activate it – no need to install it again.
