Destination has 2 ‘Description’ field box.

    Hi,
    I recently updated WP Travel Engine to 4.1.9. However, there are two ‘Description’ boxes while editing or creating. Is this a bug, or is there a purpose for this? OR error in my configuration. I would appreciate your attention.

    Hi @etchbee,

    The additional description field has been added since WP Travel Engine version 4.1.3.

    The description field is not prominent by default and will be displayed if the theme supports it. So, it will be displayed only if the theme supports it.

    Hi @etchbee,

    The field can be used to display additional information, mainly one-liners for taxonomy pages. Currently, it is only supported by one of our themes which is in the development phase. We will let you know when it gets live and how it works.
    The rest of our compatible themes are yet to add support for the additional description field.

    If you want to make use of it, you can add support for it through your child theme.
