destro theme fatal error

  • Since installing the destro theme on my website, I’m no longer able to login to the administration page to edit anything. The page is live but I have no way of editing. I have not set up an FTP server yet and have not been able to login via ftp. ANY HELP PLEASEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

    this is the error I recieve when trying to login:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/harbourm/public_html/wp-content/themes/destro/options.php on line 11

    do you have access to any other file management system (for instance cpanel) of your hosting company?

    if not, you need to organize this with yor hosting company.

    You need to upgrade to wordpress 3.4 since wp_get_theme() is new in 3.4

    Here comes another dumb question: how do I add images to the slider on the homepage? I’m a WordPress noob, and I can’t seem to find a clear answer about this anywhere. Thanks in advance.

    Simply set a featured image to each post thats in the slider.

    Dashboard>Posts>edit post> look at bottom of right sidebar for “feature image” box
