• If you are using ‘Q-translate X’ do not install this plugin, it runs and cleans shortcodes it considers broken before you realize or authorize it to do so. As a result, my website displays both language and titles etc on the same place! Fortunately this was a staging site and i have database backup to restore. But i have already wasted 1 hour because of this.

If settings were first displayed in order to pick what you want it to clean and then press something to do this it would be ok. but working like this is a disaster.

Hello, thanks for using the plugin.

Are you read the plugin details correctly? this free version ( Clean up the frontend site content ) enough not within the backend or database, so the plugin removes any broken shortcodes from the frontend enough, but the pro version completely removes it within the backend and database, so if you deactivate the plugin or disabled the cleaning option everything will come back as normal.

And if you still have any issue, why you should not open a ticket on our support center!
