Had some issues but author stepped up

I had some problems with the plugin, that required me to hire outside help to get fixed & (paid) support was slow to assist, I was really upset about the whole thing & vented my frustration only to realize that the authors actually did care & went to great efforts to restore my faith in their product & service.
While I’m not ready to do another migration (it’s already done) I did take them up on giving the backup service a second try & for 3 of my 4 sites it is working. I have no idea WHY it’s not working on the one since it’s an exact duplicate of the one of the others (on the same servers) but I’m trying to address this with my host.
As of now, it’s been up and running reliably for nearly a week and I genuinely appreciate the authors willingness to go the extra mile & reach out to me & help me sort out the issues.
