destructive plugin hacked

    My lookcinderella.com web site is not working, download and installed destructive software plugin and this issue remains unresolved, please help. The file listed below is one of the software I down loaded to into my site and computer

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Completely powerless, the only ability I have is to look @ my pages; I had, and have NO access any administrative responsibilities, this maleware plugin blocks me from making changes. I NEED HELP, who do you contact? My site is not functioning at all.

    HELP, above is the error message blocking me out of my website.

    Destructive installation prevents me from any and all functions, Please Tell Me Whom to contact and report this problem to. I have been block out of my site for almost two days, in emergencies whom do members contact?!!!!!!!
