Detail Event Page freezes wordpress main menu

    For some reason when I click on an event detail when the page loads the main menu on the wordpress theme freezes. The social Icons also freeze. Here is the link for the events page. once the page loads click on a Find Out More button and then try clicking on the main menu or social icons. They stop working.

    Please advise so I can correct this issue.

    Hi Keith,

    Sounds like it might be an issue with your theme, or whatever plugin you’re using for the social icons. Have you tried deactivating other non-events plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve?

    If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

    Thank you! It wasn’t a plug-in it was bad css.

    Is there a way to make the calendar responsive?

    Hi Keith,

    Great, I’m glad you were able to figure that out!

    Our calendar is responsive- you might want to double check that you are running the latest version, as responsiveness is a relatively new feature. If your calendar still isn’t being responsive, you might want to double-check that it’s not a conflict with your theme.
