Details of update not showing on plugins page link

For some while now I’ve been getting a blank pop-up when I select ‘view version xxx details’ from the plugin page. I mentioned this in passing in a different thread and you said that you had fixed this in what was then the next version (2.3.11 I think) but it is still not working for me.

When I go to view details for 2.3.12 of the calendar plugin the pop up appears with its different layout regions marked out, but the only text showing is ‘compatible up to 4.4.2’ at the top of the right sidebar.
