Details of user changing product information

    We have a pool of users who manage an e-commerce website. Lately, we have notice that product information such as quantity or price are being changed. Is there anyway (simple or complex) who find out which user is doing this, or if not precisely, at least get some leads about target group of users in which the user is in?
