Detect if static js was load

For users using some plugins (like Ghostery for example), the share buttons can not be loaded correctly.

I’m looking for a way to detect with JavaScript or jQuery, if the file “https://static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js” has been loaded correctly. This will allow me to display a message if the file is not loaded properly to explain why the share buttons do not display ??
