I have another plugin that also sends out mass emails.

    That one has an option:

    Restart on every main step

Restart on every main step Restart the job on every main step on a running job

Unchecking the box causes it to only run once. Does this plug-in have a similar issue?

The job will be restarted on every main step to prevent running in an execution time out. This will not work on cli run. If ALTERNATE_WP_CRON has been defined, WordPress Cron will be used.

I don’t understand why so many emails must be sent per day per domain! Plus some of the email sent are blank… no report at all. So for every 3 emails I get for one domain that gives a report of files changed, etc.. I get 3 that just says files were changed but doesn’t give me a list like the others.

Having all the emails sending so frequently is driving bandwidth up! I have to boost two sites already because of this. These are sites that never go above 50% on bandwidth!
