I checked the new URL and it shows the “barcode LY123456789DE not found”. Can you please share the correct barcode number so we can check it?

We’ve updated the Deutsche Post tracking URL in AST’s shipping carriers list. To reflect these changes in your store, you’ll need to synchronize the shipping carriers list.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Carriers.
3. In the top-right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu. Click on “Sync Carriers” to update the list.
