Dev & Life environment with same GC Bucket

  • Hi,

    we just started re-designing our website and we have all the images in one bucket.

    I just realised that regenerating thumbnails on the dev site destroys the layout of the life site as they use the same bucket.

    Is there any best way to set up a dev environment when using stateless and there is no local image stored?

    Is there an easy way to get the cloud images back on the server using stateless?

    Your plugin rocks and I’m so happy to offload my images to the GC.

    Hi,

    I just created a second bucket. Copied the images to the second bucket and changed the bucket location in the settings.
    I still have to get used to that I’m not on a restricted hosting environment any more ??

    Is this the correct way or do you have a better way for handling dev sites, multisites,…
