    After an issue with the plugin throwing errors related to timers on the website that appeared in the home page, the developer spent time with me to resolve the issues. He was patient with my comfort level of editing the PHP file(s). As a newbie…I appreciated this effort.

    Everything is running well and I went ahead and registered for another year of updates.
