    Dear EventPrime Users,

As we approach the release of EventPrime 4.0.4.0 this week, we’re excited to share the final touches we’re implementing to enhance your experience with our plugin.

In this upcoming release, we’ve addressed several UI issues with the dark theme and fixed shortcode issues related to displaying individual event types, event sites/locations, event organizers, and performers. Additionally, we’ve included an enhancement to display the year as part of the event date.

We would also like to give a quick update on our roadmap plan for the Live Seating and Attendee Check-In extensions (not part of 4.0.4.0. release). The backend coding for Live Seating is now complete and can efficiently handle 20,000 live seats. We will soon move on to the frontend design and then proceed to testing. As for the Attendee Check-In extension, the first phase of development is finished, and it is currently undergoing testing. We hope to launch this extension in the near future.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please feel free to share your thoughts.

Thank you for your continued support!

    Best regards,
    Lead Developer, EventPrime

I have a question about the attendee check in extension. Is it QR Code based? (please be, please be)

I am about to buy your Business suite as you have all of the options my client needs, but, I wanted to streamline their checkin process using QR Code tech.

    Thanks

Yes, the Attendee Check-In Extension for EventPrime does support QR Code-based check-ins. Your staff can scan attendee QR codes with mobile devices for a quick and efficient check-in process. Additionally, the extension includes customizable include customizable check-in start and end times, role-based access control, and real-time check-in updates to streamline event management.

Please feel free to reach out if you need further details!
