• This was an excellent plugin until the developers decided to change the name. Then many experienced issues with it. I experienced one of the worst issues that can happen to someone who’s not a programmer: I was totally locked out of my website and I had to fix it on my own. That’s because no matter how much I tried communicating with them they never gave me an answer. If they want profit by selling tech support they should turn the plugin premium, not riddle it wih issues so people are forced to buy their support.

    I recommend that you don’t install this plugin if you can avoid it.

Our developers are pushing regular updates to take care of bugs and have already resolved a great number of issues, and a newer version may fix the problem you are experiencing. If this does not work or you are experiencing a new issue, please fill out an iThemes Security Bug Report with as many relevant details as possible, so our developers can better address the issue.

    You only bothered to answer when I gave you a bad rating, and your answer is that “a new update MAY fix the problem” at that so, no, I’m tired of writing and filing forms. Because I made important changes to my WP installation using your plugin I will wait for that eventual magical update that somehow fixes the issue, or until I find an alternative to get rid of your plugin, but my disappointment stays as such.

    And when I say that you only bothered to answer after I bad rated you I mean that I wrote several times on the forum, just like other people, begging for help, and you rarely ever replied back to anybody. I wasn’t lucky so I got no reply in the forums and thus I’m angry and I don’t believe your insincere apology.
