    Just a comment regarding the “technical support and lack of interaction”. I downloaded this free version to see if it is something that would work as an alternative to NextGEN. I noticed two problems right away – the light gallery effect did not work at all and I can only put up one gallery per page.

    I sent an email via their website and this is the response I got:

    Apparently they don’t care about supporting this free version at all. It is only a way to get you to buy the paid version. I, also, am very disappointed. I was very close to making a purchase and very likely would have if they were simply able to help me make the free version “work”.
