Development Update Needed – Change Parent Theme CSS Call Order

In attempting to resolve a different issue, a gentleman noticed that the theme calls the child theme’s CSS prior to the main CSS. In the next update could this be reversed?
Also, is there any way to re-order the CSS to avoid the need for
!important
?What prompted this: I wanted to change the size of the logo in the sticky header, but was forced to use the
!important
hack to override the same notice in the parent CSS (not something I like to do). You can read about it here, along with what the other gentleman, JesusCam, noticed: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/logo-height-locked-via-important-notice-in-css-undo-this?replies=7#post-8230722
