• What’s the point of a support forum if the developper does not reply to inquiries after more than a week, even though he replies to other inquiries.
I was very attracted by this plugin, but I moved on.

  • Just a thought…I used the public forum for some time. It’s a great plugin. But as I utilized more features it was a little hard getting a reply on some tech issue. Over the past couple years the plugin has become very popular raising the number of tech requests.

Most of the time the issue was something I wasn’t doing right and just needed to look at some of Chad’s tutorials. I convinced my client to pay for the premium bundle. It was worth every dollar! Chad has been great answering quickly and I have offered some suggestions on features to add. He took most of them to heart and made some changes quite rapidly. I would give it another try if you think you would benefit from any of the plugins or bundle, which is a considerable savings. https://rocketgeek.com/plugins/

My question was a pre-sale question as I was inquiring into the features of the plugin, namely the possibility of getting content dripped.

I’m sorry you feel you were overlooked. Unfortunately, your question was missed. But if you look through the plugin, everything in it directs you to rocketgeek.com for all inquires – support or otherwise. With the number of active installs this plugin has, the only way I can effectively manage the amount of support requests I receive to have it go through one channel. Had you used the support site the plugin’s admin (and readme file) direct you to, I would have seen your request for more information in a timely fashion. With the www.ads-software.com forums, that’s not necessarily the case.

As is always the case with feedback, I’ll review how it is communicated that support needs to come through rocketgeek.com. I’ll try to make that more evident than it is already so that we can hopefully avoid this kind of misunderstanding in the future.

I was inquiring into the features of the plugin, namely the possibility of getting content dripped.

There is no way for this response to not come across as snarky, but I don’t mean it that way. The answer to your question is self evident. The plugin does not list dripped content as a feature because it is not a feature. So this plugin probably wasn’t a good fit for you anyway.

Thanks for you reply and sorry if you felt offended by my inquiry, which was genuine.
It helps me understand this feature is not presently offered, suspect it is not on your todo list, and that you do not have a substitute workaround with the combination of another plugin.
