developping a wordpress custom site

I want to propose a service to my clients such as this site

Formatted website with 5 to 6 pages where clients can have us add their personal informations for their weddings. I thought to use a wordpress framework such as https://www.weddinglight.com/wedding-blog which is my site. I would need to add illustrations and format it in such a way that if would fit this service.

Looking for a designer to customize the framework and add the informations / create website for clients in the future
