DFlip book won’t load on Chrome for IOS

    I have several pages of PDF files loaded with DFlip.

    They load perfectly fine on a PC, but on an iPhone using Chrome browser they load 100% but nothing shows apart from a gray box.

    They do load successfully in Safari & Firefox on the iPhone.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    We check the site in iPhone Chrome, and found no issues.

    Can you confirm it by opening the page in Private mode and see if the flipbook works. It could be a cache issue, if so clear the cache.

    If the issue still exists, please mention the IOS version and iPhone model.

    You were right… clearing cache fixed it.

    sometimes the simplest solution is the most difficult to see.. ??
