I specified a page containing a short code, but it didn’t respond anything, and it didn’t work.

Assuming the season has been set up along with an event, players, and results …..

What shortcode are you not receiving ….Event, League, or Player? Do you have the free version or upgrade?

I have the free version.
Event, League, or Player, none shortcode received of them.
When i click update in Settings, I’m getting an: domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.

Are you possibly hosted by wordpress.com or on you own server?

I hosted by localhost?? and all shortcodes work when I reseted Database settings.
Another problem, After I upload the xls to your demo website, the page show the new members which I add, but it can’t show the par that I add in rounds.

The Excel import feature is dependant on column headings. If they do not match, they will not import correctly. This usually occurs under “divisions” as various clubs may set up divisions differently. We will look into the Par issue and get back with you.

Can you advise a URL where we can view?

All shortcodes works but Excel import function is not getting data, right? I assume the Excel file may need adjusting. Email to [email protected] and we will check.

No S at end. I see that WP advises it incorrectly. We will get that corrected. Thank you for bringing this issue to light.

Due to language issues I am unable to research the excel issue. Please try scoring manually as entering via this means for smaller clubs is actually more efficient.

I will try and translate the Excel data and advise.

Upon checking your spreadsheet import file I noticed your email data was not in proper email format. The file may not have imported due to this. Your file also only included one record. As stated above, it would be easier to manually upload scores rather than import via spreadsheet when handling smaller events. Data can be entered only once.

Checking in and an FYI, the spreadsheet import function can be tricky the first time. Once learned, it’ll fly! Although the program is designed to handle any size event or club, it’s really targeted towards smaller clubs and events where event details are manually inputted in a few clicks. Its really easy and not near as cumbersome as the xls importation process.
