“DHL Create Labels” is not working to create bulk labels for orders

  • Hi DHL for WooCommerce support,
    “DHL Create Labels” is not working to create bulk labels for orders. When I select bulk orders and try to create labels it redirects to a white page whit this error message https://imgur.com/a/t6xHDlG.

    *One of your solutions was to uncheck “Parcel Outlet Routing default” in another topic on the same issue. and it is unchecked in my website.

    I cannot share the website URL as there are some restrictions from my client.

    Could you disable all other plugins on a staging site, other than WooCommerce one to see if it is the main cause?
