DHL Express Live Rates does not appear, at shipping method

Thanks for reaching out. May I kindly ask you if you activated the plugin after the installation?

After the plugin is activated and configured you should be able to see it in the dropdown shipping method list for any shipping zone.

Please confirm if that addresses your question.

Okay, I guess I should have do the configuration before, I started before I started looking for the dropdown menu. I did the pre configuration, and I got the Site ID + password, right now, this morning, but the API Connection Status says “Validation Failure:Site Id is wrong“, I typed it in several times and could not find any mistake, typos or spaces and I do not understand what is causing the problem.

Update:

Now the API Connection Status says OK, but the “DHL express Live Rates”, still doesn’t show up in the dropdown menu at Shipping methods. ??

I suspect there might be some misconfiguration with your WooCommerce.

Sorry for the confusion, @gabcer. I consulted the case with our team. With the free version of our DHL Express plugin you won’t see it in the dropdown shipping methods. The free version has only the Global Shipping option. Therefore, everything is set on the plugin configuration page.

If you’d like to have the ability to activate the DHL Express shipping method in selected shipping zones, please upgrade to our PRO version.
