DHL Express Live Rates option doesn’t show up

Thanks for reaching us. The free version of the DHL Express Live Rates plugin works globally by default which means that the rates are visible for all shipping zones in your store.
Therefore, the DHL Express Live Rates shipping method is not available to choose from the “Add shipping method” section.

The feature to add DHL Express Live Rates within specific shipping zones is available in the PRO version.

Thanks for the reply.

I was in stuck in the configuration process, now I tried to put a product in the cart and the rates show up.

However, I performed a check between the rates displayed in the website and the rates inside our dhl+ account and I saw that they doesn’t match.

For example, for a package of 5kg and 30 x 30 x 25 cm dimension the shipping rates are different as you can see in the comparing screenshot available at the link below.

Is there any other configuration required?

I’m assuming that You might have discounted rates assigned to Your DHL + account. If so, You should use them in Your plugin by ticking the checkbox next to “Discounted Rates” and providing your Payment Account Number. You can find this option in the Rates Adjustments section on the plugin settings page.
Can You also provide me with a screenshot from your DHL + account showing all surcharges that are included in every DHL shipping service?

By the way, is your store address in Italy?

Thanks for your suggestion, I ticked the “Discount rates” option and now, except for the VAT taxes, the rates match.

There is some other option to enable the calculation of the VAT? Or it will be automatically calculated during the placing order process?

I’m glad that it worked for You.

I just needed the surcharges list in case enabling “Discount rates” won’t work for You.

As for the tax settings, it is a built-in WooCommerce feature. To set a general tax rate or separate tax rates for individual countries, go to WooCommerce>Settings>Tax>Standard rates and add an appropriate tax rate.
Now You can choose if you want to display prices including tax in the shop and the checkout by navigating to WooCommerce>Settings>Tax>Tax options.
In Your case, the Display prices during cart and checkout option will be useful.
